Ownership & License
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, cards) is the property of SpellSeekers. Nothing may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our explicit permission.

Code of Conduct
Visitors must show respect in reviews, comments, and community areas. In cases of inappropriate behavior, we may restrict or delete accounts.

Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide up-to-date and accurate information. We are not liable for typos or unexpected stock issues.

References to external websites are subject to their own terms and policies.

Applicable Law
Our services are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

AML (Anti-Money Laundering Legislation)
As a reporting “institution,” we are legally required under the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (WWFT) to:

  • Conduct client due diligence (identity verification, UBO checks for transactions above €15,000 or other risk indicators) during or before transactions.
  • Report unusual transactions to FIU-NL.
  • Record results and risk assessments, train all staff, and keep procedures up to date.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Important changes will be communicated via the website or email.


Privacy Policy

What data do we collect?

  • Identification & contact: name, address, email, phone number
  • Payment & order details
  • Technical data: IP address, browser information, cookies
  • Customer & order history

Why and on what basis?

  • Contract performance (e.g., delivery, customer service)
  • Consent (for marketing and newsletters)
  • Legal obligations, such as tax and AML reporting
  • Legitimate interest, for example site improvement and security

GDPR Obligations

  • Consent must be given actively and can be withdrawn – no pre-checked boxes.
  • Accountability: we maintain a processing register, a breach register, and a consent register, and assess whether a Data Protection Officer (DPO) is required.
  • Data breaches: reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) within 72 hours if there is a risk to individuals.

  • Delivery and payment partners (e.g., PostNL)
  • Technical service providers (hosting, software, analytics)
  • Third-party providers, governed by data processing agreements
  • Government authorities when legally required (e.g., FIU-NL, Dutch Tax Authority)

Retention Periods

  • Customer data: as long as the relationship exists
  • Transaction & invoice data: according to statutory tax retention obligations
  • Processing registers, consent & breach logs: as required by law
