Shipping & Delivery
At SpellSeekers, we pack your order with care and attention – and then it sets off with PostNL. We ship on two fixed business days per week. This means you usually receive your order within 1 to 5 business days after payment.
Track & Trace
Every order comes with a Track & Trace code, so you know exactly when to swing open the door to receive your cards.
Rush order?
Send us a quick message. For a small fee, we can ship your order with priority – and if it’s really urgent, we’ll stick a Haste token on it.
Good to know:
- We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday).
- The delivery time provided is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Please make sure you enter your address correctly. If your package is returned due to an address error, we’ll unfortunately have to charge extra shipping costs.
- Damage or loss during shipping? Officially we’re not liable, but hey… we’re no evil overlords. Contact us and we’ll look for a good solution together. We like to keep our players happy.
Ordering, Discounts & Promotions
Ordering at SpellSeekers is simple and quick. Choose your favorite products, add them to your cart, and check out using a secure payment method such as iDeal, Sofort, Bancontact, PayPal, or credit card.
Do you have a discount code or are you joining a promotion? Enter the code during checkout – the discount will be applied right away. Please note:
- Discount codes are valid only once and only within the stated promotion period.
- Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.
- Promotions cannot be combined, unless otherwise specified.
- Free products that are part of a promotion must also be returned if you return your order.
We make sure all promotions are clearly described, so you always know exactly what to expect.
