Exchanges & Returns

Sometimes even the best-laid strategy doesn’t go exactly as planned… Did you receive something unexpected, or is there an item missing from your package? Don’t worry – here’s how we handle it at SpellSeekers:

Returns
– You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Within that time, you may return your order (or part of it).
– Make sure everything is unopened and still in its original condition.
– Let us know first via the contact form – we’ll then send you the correct instructions.
– You arrange the return shipment yourself, including the shipping costs.
– After receiving and checking your return, we’ll refund your money within 14 days.

Damaged or missing items?
– Let us know as soon as possible. A broken life counter, an incomplete box… we’ll fix it.
– If possible, send us a few clear photos by email so we can see what’s going on.
– We’ll always look for the best solution together. We may not be angels, but we won’t leave you stuck with a broken deckbox.

Payment and Payment Methods

At SpellSeekers, you can pay safely and easily through several trusted payment methods. Below is an overview of the options we offer.

iDeal (Netherlands)
Pay directly through your own banking environment with iDeal. Available for customers of ING, Rabobank, ABN AMRO, SNS, ASN Bank, and more. Your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days after the payment is completed.

Sofort (Germany)
For customers from Germany (and other European countries), Sofort is a fast and trusted way to pay online. You pay directly through your own bank environment, no extra account needed. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 1–3 business days.

Bancontact (Belgium)
For our Belgian customers, Bancontact is the easy and quick payment option. You pay securely from your own banking environment. We also ship within 1–3 business days after receiving your payment.

PayPal
Fast and globally recognized. Choose PayPal at checkout and pay directly via your PayPal account. Processing fees apply to PayPal payments. Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Klarna – Never pay later!
If you have no mana, you can’t cast spells. As Wizard JB says: No coins, no loot.
We don’t believe it’s a good idea to buy things you can’t pay for immediately. That’s why we’ve chosen not to offer Klarna “Pay Later” in our webshop.
