1. Can I change or cancel my Zero Games order?

After placing your order, you usually can't change it yourself. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to change or cancel anything. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll be happy to help you resolve this quickly.

2. Can I add additional products to my existing order?

You can add additional items as long as your order hasn't been processed or shipped. Please contact our customer service or use the order consolidation option during checkout. Once the order is in transit, we can no longer add products.

3. How do pre-orders work at Zero Games?

Pre-orders will ship as soon as all pre-ordered items are available. If you would like to receive items that are available for immediate delivery sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. Please contact us if you wish to split your order; please note that additional shipping costs may apply. Pre-order items will ship as soon as all items are available; release dates are subject to change by Wizards of the Coast.

4. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs average €4–€7, with free shipping on orders of around €100. Delivery time is usually 1–5 business days after your order has been dispatched. For international shipments, please allow slightly longer delivery times.

5. How will my order be shipped and can I track my package?

We ship our packages with reliable carriers like PostNL, Bpost, DPD, and DHL. As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a Track & Trace code so you can easily track it. International shipping is also possible at special rates.

6. What payment methods does Zero Games accept?

You can pay at Zero Games via iDeal, SoFort, Bancontact, and PayPal. We also sometimes offer post-payment or installment payments, depending on your preference and the available options at checkout. Simply choose the payment method that suits you best during the checkout process.

7. How does the return policy work at ZeroGames?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened, sealed, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are usually your responsibility, unless there was an error on our part. Please contact customer service beforehand for clear return instructions.

8. What should I do if my products are damaged or incorrectly delivered?

Contact our customer service immediately and include clear photos of the problem. We will provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible, such as sending a replacement product or a refund. Return shipping costs are, of course, covered by us for any errors or damage caused by Zero Games.

9. Are all products at ZeroGames original and unopened, and what language are they in?

All our products are guaranteed original, new, and sealed, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We typically ship our games in English, but if another language is available, we'll clearly state this in the product description. Individual cards come with a clear condition indicator so you know exactly what you're receiving.

10. I'm new to Zero Games games; what's the best way to get started?

For new players, we recommend our special starter sets, which include an easy-to-follow guide and everything you need to get started right away.
